We are looking forward to meeting you at your first appointment with us. To allow our doctors and nurses to spend as much time with you as possible, please be sure to take care of the following prior to your visit:

- Be sure to bring your insurance card(s)
- Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is scheduled
- Bring your medical records if they have not been faxed or mailed to our office
